Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Support enterprise-wide initiatives such as acquisition integrations, implementations, process improvements, and other strategic cross-functional projects
- Collaborate with project sponsors to confirm project objectives, needs, and goals, including understanding the strategic, operational and financial components of the project
- Manage resources, schedules and budgets including issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful on-time project delivery
- Plan and facilitate necessary meetings, including preparing the agenda, leading discussions, and tracking and following up on action items
- Facilitate project communications to all team members and stakeholders including meeting minutes, actions and owners, status dashboards, and conflict resolution, escalating decisions and unresolved issues
- Prepare clear project status updates for sponsors, stakeholders, and executive leadership as needed
- Assemble the appropriate team members, manage and monitor work progress and resources involved through the course of the project
- Motivate and hold cross-functional project team members accountable, elevating resource concerns when necessary
- Utilize external vendors and internal resources and demonstrate success at building team relationships and partnerships across the company
- Develop best practices and tools for project execution and facilitate lessons learned to continue to improve strategic process delivery
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Operations, or other relevant field
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience leading projects, initiatives, implementations, integrations, or process improvements
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software
- Project Management Certification preferred
