Lumicity is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a 17‑story Class A multifamily high‑rise in Austin, TX. Join early to shape the project from CDs and permitting through construction and closeout.

You will manage preconstruction, buyout, logistics, and construction execution, coordinating with design teams, subcontractors, and inspectors. This is a demanding leadership role with a strong compensation package.

Senior Project Manager - Class A Multifamily High-Rise | Austin, TX

A national multifamily developer-builder is building a dedicated team for a new ground-up, fully funded high-rise in Austin. This is a chance to join early and help shape how the project gets built, from preconstruction through completion.

The Project

• 17-story Class A multifamily high-rise, about 380 units
• 5 levels of cast-in-place concrete with 12 levels of light-gauge framing above
• Funding and JV partner in place
• Drawings complete through 100% Design Development
• Permit expected June 2027, with groundbreaking targeted for summer 2027

The Role

You’ll join well ahead of groundbreaking and be involved in CDs, permitting, buyout, and logistics planning. You’ll then lead the project through construction.

What We’re Looking For

• Senior Project Manager experience with a general contractor or developer-builder
• High-rise experience (strongly preferred)

Compensation

• Total compensation of $200K+
• $175K-$200K base
• 20-25% annual bonus
• Vehicle allowance is built into the base salary
• Top of the range is for candidates with Austin high-rise experience
• Full benefits and 401(k)
