A leading company is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee the delivery of large-scale hyperscale data center projects primarily in the Atlanta area. The role demands significant experience in managing complex construction timelines and budgets while effectively collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the highest standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale hyperscale data center projects in the N. Virginia, Louisiana, Michigan, Chicago, Atlanta, Jersey, Philadelphia and Phoenix metro area. This is a high-impact role ideal for a professional with a deep background in mission-critical infrastructure, MEP systems, and the full construction lifecycle of hyperscale facilities.
As Project Manager, you’ll work cross-functionally with development teams, design consultants, contractors, and hyperscale clients to deliver complex, fast-paced builds on time, on budget, and to spec.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of hyperscale data center construction from pre-construction through commissioning and handover
Oversee contractor selection, RFPs, contract negotiations, and procurement strategy
Coordinate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems integration with a focus on quality, scalability, and efficiency
Drive project schedules, budgets, risk mitigation plans, and reporting
Collaborate closely with internal teams (design, operations, procurement, and finance) and external stakeholders
Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and hyperscale standards
Lead site meetings, construction updates, and stakeholder presentations
Qualifications:
8+ years of construction project management experience, with a proven track record delivering hyperscale data centers
Deep technical knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning processes, and data center infrastructure
Experience managing $100M+ data center builds with Tier III or IV reliability targets
Strong understanding of permitting, zoning, site due diligence, and safety compliance
Effective communication, leadership, and organizational skills
PMP, PE, or similar certification a plus
