Pape-Dawson Engineers in Orlando seeks a Senior Project Manager—Landscape Architecture—to lead high-profile planning and design projects from strategy through delivery. You’ll mentor teams, strengthen client relationships, and shape how our practice grows while aligning project outcomes with client needs.

You’ll guide multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, and pursue new opportunities, all while ensuring excellence in execution and client satisfaction across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in planning, landscape architecture, design, or related field.
• Experience leading complex, multidisciplinary projects and teams.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop other project managers and designers.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex planning and design projects, providing strategic direction from initiation through delivery.
• Supervise and support teams of planners and landscape architects, clarifying priorities and expectations.
• Guide other project leads, sharing expertise to strengthen PM and leadership capabilities.
• Maintain hands-on involvement in key projects and client relationships while empowering others to lead.
• Build and strengthen trusted client relationships and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
• Balance client needs, schedules, budgets, and priorities to drive strong project performance.
• Contribute to business development through proposals, presentations, interviews, and networking.
• Mentor and develop the next generation of planners and project leaders.
