Brown and Caldwell is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead mid-size to large infrastructure projects across the United States. You will guide project teams, manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client relations to ensure successful delivery.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, risk and change management, and mentoring of team members. A bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience are preferred. Travel may be required.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing mid-size to large projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in project planning, risk and change management, and contract management.
• Strong client service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project team leadership and coordinate objectives, schedules, budgets and success factors.
• Establish effective communication methods for standups, design decisions, and client interactions.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of learning and collaboration.
• Develop detailed scopes of work and project budgets aligned with scope and schedule.
• Monitor quality management plans and ensure adherence to standards and processes.
• Identify risks and manage risk mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead health and safety planning per project requirements.
• Manage external resources to deliver contracted scope on time and budget.
• Support delivery of metrics, profitability, and client satisfaction.
