Job summary

Brown and Caldwell, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to plan, execute, and oversee small to mid-sized projects in California. You will define scope, allocate resources, and develop detailed plans while ensuring health and safety standards and budget adherence.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong knowledge of project management tools. PE or PMP is preferred, with opportunities for revenue responsibility growth and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, or business administration is required.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months is required.
• PMI PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for small to mid-sized projects.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage risks, change requests and client communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors as needed.
• Monitor profitability via earned value and invoicing processes.
