Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, or a technical field.
• Fifteen years of utility project management experience.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification within 1 year.
• Strong leadership and supervision of large multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience in cost estimating and budgeting.
• Ability to manage complex projects and derive solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from initiation through closure, including post-project analysis.
• Ensure projects align with client strategy and comply with regulations.
• Interface with clients, regulators, and external stakeholders.
• Develop and implement project management plans for scope, schedule, and cost.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize exposure.
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to management and teams.
• Direct multi-discipline teams and coordinate internal and external resources.
• Monitor progress, track milestones, and ensure proper documentation.
