Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of architectural project experience, with at least 5 years in a project management role.
• Experience leading projects in the K–12 education sector.
• Strong understanding of A/E fee structures and project financials.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from contract through construction.
• Own project scope, schedule, and fees.
• Guide and mentor project teams of architects and designers.
• Coordinate with engineering and specialty consultants.
