Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of work experience in field‑based investigations including water well drilling, construction, development, and aquifer testing
• Ability to communicate technical and logistical information among stakeholders and multi‑disciplinary teams
• Eligibility for Professional Geologist registration in the USA and willingness to travel within the Western U.S.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise field tasks for hydrogeological characterization studies
• Provide technical guidance under a field project manager and work with a multi‑disciplinary team
• Oversee well installation, development, sampling, and hydrogeologic logging
• Interpret lithologic data with geophysical logs and prepare logs, hydrographs, and figures
• Prepare data summaries, reports, and client presentations; participate in teleconferences
• Maintain safety protocols and field notes while coordinating with drilling contractors
