Job summary

Type One Energy Group is seeking a Manager, Project Finance in Knoxville, TN to shape the financing strategy for Infinity Two and future Type One Energy projects. You will collaborate with banks, advisers, investors and suppliers to develop a financeable project structure and translate financing requirements into Type One Energy's commercial and contractual arrangements.

The role reports to the VP, Commercial Operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project or energy finance, investment banking, or project development.
• Experience with large energy or infrastructure FOAK projects.
• Strong financial modelling and commercial skills.

Responsibilities

• Support financing strategy and capital structure for Infinity Two.
• Collaborate with banks, advisers, investors, and financing partners.
• Develop financial models, financing scenarios and project economics.
• Translate lender requirements into commercial and contractual actions.
• Ensure supply and project contracts align with financing needs.
• Assist due diligence and financing execution.
