The role offers leadership on complex, market-shaping transactions across space, energy, aerospace, and Latin American matters. You will mentor junior lawyers and coordinate with partners to deliver high-quality, efficient work in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Strong project finance experience and excellent drafting, transaction management, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead significant workstreams on project finance and related transactions.
• Coordinate directly with partners and clients; drive execution across multidisciplinary deal teams.
• Serve as an integrator translating commercial, financing, regulatory, and sector-specific considerations into practical advice.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers across the firm to develop project finance experience.
