Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10-15 years of construction management experience.
• Experience leading large construction projects and managing profitability.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in financial and profitability aspects of projects under your jurisdiction.
• Participate in work acquisition by defining budgets and schedules to achieve profitability.
• Set milestones and staff assignments for project scope complexity.
• Collaborate with clients, owners, architects, and subcontractors to exceed client expectations.
• Oversee resources from start-up through closeout and ensure budget, schedule, and quality targets are met.
• Act as the common thread across Pre-Construction, Construction, and Closeout phases.
• Mentor and coach staff to Suffolk standards.
• Represent Suffolk to Owners, Architects, Consultants, Government Authorities, Vendors and Subcontractors.
• Support project start-up, turnover, and pre-construction activities with budget and logistics planning.

Education
