Job summary

Mullins Mechanical is seeking a Project Executive in North Carolina to lead complex industrial construction projects from inception to closeout. You will mentor Senior Project Managers and oversee scheduling, budgets and profitability, ensuring safety and quality across sites.

Expect collaboration with team leaders and active involvement in hiring, client relations, and project forecasting. Your experience includes $75MM+ projects, strong budgeting skills, Procore usage, and relevant

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Industrial Construction managing projects $75MM+
• Certifications such as SPMP, PMP, CCM or equivalent are a plus
• OSHA 30, First Aid and CPR training
• Strong budgeting and cost control experience
• Experience with project management software (e.g. Procore)

Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide Senior/Project Managers and APs
• Oversee high-profile, complex projects with minimal oversight
• Coordinate resources to meet schedules
• Review budgets, schedules and profitability
• Approve subcontracts, PONs, and change orders
• Manage monthly billing and invoices
• Recruit project management and field personnel
• Ensure safety, quality and productivity on site
