Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead the delivery of large-scale building automation, EPMS, and mission-critical controls across complex commercial and data center environments. This role drives operational excellence, financial performance, and long-term client relationships while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time turnover.

You will oversee planning, client coordination, and cross-functional execution, with a focus on strategic growth and high-impact project outcomes;

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in building automation, controls, or mission-critical construction.
• Experience leading large or complex projects in a senior project management or executive-level role.
• Strong understanding of BAS/BMS, EPMS, SCADA, and integrated control systems.
• Experience managing contracts, subcontractors, project financials, and change order workflows.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to manage teams, drive accountability, and build client relationships.
• Experience with mission-critical or data center environments is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle execution of multiple BAS, EPMS, SCADA, and controls projects concurrently.
• Oversee project financial performance including forecasting, budgeting, billing accuracy, and cash flow.
• Drive project success regarding schedule, safety, quality, procurement, and client satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for high-profile clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Lead executive-level project meetings, contract discussions, and change order negotiations.
• Mentor and support Project Managers, Engineers, and field leadership teams.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, estimating, supply chain, and field teams for alignment.
• Review submittals, RFIs, commissioning plans, and project schedules for compliance.
