Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in project management, business development, or engineering roles related to infrastructure.
• Experience developing and presenting business cases to executive leadership for executive approvals.
• Experience in the construction to operations handover process, including managing third-party commissioning.
• Experience in project/program management with a focus on projects and distributed teams.
• Experience with technology product life-cycle or localization.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical design and engineering oversight across MEP design and construction.
• Act as a subject matter expert who challenges assumptions and proposes innovative solutions.
• Oversee data center environments and CUPs, clean rooms, heavy labs, cooling/power systems, and substations.
• Lead initial phase by creating comprehensive business cases for executive alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technical Engineering, Finance, Controls, Security, Workplace Services) to validate scope and designs.
