Qualifications

• Experience as an Estimator with a commercial GC.
• Background in industrial, warehouse, retail, or development-driven projects.
• Strong preconstruction exposure; ability to be mostly 'plug and play'.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates from conceptual through GMP and hard bid phases.
• Lead subcontractor solicitation, bid leveling, and scope analysis.
• Support preconstruction activities including budgeting, value engineering, and cost analysis.
