Base Pay Range

$90,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Allentown, PA (On‑site, 5 days/week)

Salary

$90,000 – $130,000 (DOE) + full benefits

About the Role

The Estimator will support the full preconstruction and bidding process, working closely with leadership and operations to deliver accurate, competitive estimates across a diverse project portfolio.

Project values range from small fit‑outs ($200k) to large‑scale projects ($25M+).

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates from conceptual through GMP and hard bid phases
• Lead subcontractor solicitation, bid leveling, and scope analysis
• Support preconstruction activities including budgeting, value engineering, and cost analysis
• Collaborate with project management and executive leadership during handoff
• Assist with negotiated and competitive bids
• Use estimating and scheduling tools including ASTA and MS Project
