Job summary

Urenco USA in Eunice, NM invites a Project Engineering & Design Manager to provide technical leadership across the full project lifecycle, from FEED through handover. You will manage internal and external engineering teams, report to the Project Director, and drive execution in a highly regulated environment.

The role requires leading complex design integration, strong stakeholder engagement, and ensuring compliance with safety and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or PE license and/or professional engineering certification.
• Proven track record leading large Engineering and Design teams on multimillion-dollar projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder interfaces and design integrations across full lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering meetings and represent Engineering in steering committees.
• Ensure Health, Safety and Environment of Engineering and Design.
• Manage Engineering & Design resources across the project.
• Coordinate resource demand, forecast and planning for engineering teams.
• Oversight of design baselines, cost loading and change management.
• Ensure engineering outputs meet schedule, budget and quality requirements.
