Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance; ability to obtain TS/SCI
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, scientific, or technical discipline and 10 years of relevant experience OR 15 years of SOW disciplines
• Experience with DoD weapon systems and cyber domains
• Experience with system integration across Navy platforms

Responsibilities

• Provide project engineering and technical leadership across all SOW task areas
• Coordinate systems engineering across weapons, combat, fire control, and cyber domains
• Lead identification, analysis, and resolution of complex SE issues
• Direct system integration across Navy surface and submarine platforms
• Review and approve technical deliverables prior to government submission
• Coordinate with government TPOCs on technical direction and priorities
• Support development and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule
• Mentor junior and journeyman engineers across disciplines
• Lead technical risk identification and mitigation planning
• Support DevSecOps pipeline integration and full stack software activities
