Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Construction Management or Construction Engineering is required.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Experience coordinating and leading multidisciplinary teams is important.

Responsibilities

• Schedule the project and manage timelines.
• Oversee revenue, cost, and cash flow information.
• Coordinate temporary and permanent design management and quality control.
• Manage project closeout and client relations.
• Assist in operations planning and contract administration.
• Support cost engineers and supervise engineers and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety and ethical standards are upheld.
