Job summary

HeatTek is seeking a Project Engineer Level 3 to design all aspects of thermal systems and process equipment while meeting safety standards, deadlines, and budget constraints. The role reports to the Project Engineer Lead and requires strong collaboration with multiple teams.

The incumbent will perform essential design calculations, prepare shop drawings, and manage information flow. Travel to job sites for measurements and retrofit work may be required to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 3–7 years of related manufacturing experience.
• Experience with thermodynamics and equipment design.

Responsibilities

• Design all aspects of thermal systems and process equipment.
• Review customer specs and project requirements before kick-off.
• Lead information flow and delegate tasks to team members.
• Provide engineering calculations and drawings for manufacture.
• Oversee progress meetings and ensure on-time project delivery.
• Travel to job sites as needed for measurements and retrofit work.
• Collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, QA and Field Service to resolve issues.
