Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications.
• Communicate with and educate sales staff and customers on technical solutions.
• Lead the creation of proposals and technical documentation for clients.
• Support operations and project managers with project execution.
• Provide installation oversight and troubleshooting service work.
