Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required with 6+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 5+ years, or PhD with 4+ years.
• Experience in structural analysis and design software.
• Proven ability to coordinate across disciplines and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and distribute discipline-specific work, adhering to schedule and budget.
• Assist with proposal generation and scope development.
• Oversee team deliverables for technical accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with clients and teaming partners on multi-discipline projects.
• Lead recruitment, development, and performance reviews for staff.
• Mentor junior staff to support project objectives.
