Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a registered P.E. and become registered in Arkansas within 12 months.
• Experience in civil engineering with public works facilities, including water and wastewater systems.
• Knowledge of real property titles, rights-of-way, and legal descriptions is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide civil engineering for planning, design, project development and implementation.
• Review studies, plans, specifications and design data for compliance.
• Prepare designs, estimates and project schedules as needed.
