Job summary

AspenTech, a global software leader, delivers Digital Grid Management solutions that help utilities optimize real-time control and performance of energy networks. The Sr.

Project Engineer will drive end-to-end delivery of SCADA/EMS/GMS/ADMS projects using the monarch platform at client sites. Responsibilities include planning, design, integration, testing, training and commissioning, with travel to domestic and international sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in automation and control systems.
• Experience with real-time control, client/server apps, and networks.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, integrate, test and commission hardware and software on customer systems.
• Perform installation, integration, and testing of hardware, software and system.
• Own troubleshooting efforts and deploy timely resolutions.
• Define project requirements via customer communication and coordinate with other departments.
• Lead deployment of complex control systems as the project technical lead.
• Provide network and system/application design.
• Customize configurations based on customer requirements.
• Provide customer support per contract maintenance and warranty.
• Assist in creating training materials and project documentation.
