Qualifikationen

• Must be a US citizen with ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of engineering experience in embedded systems, rugged electronics, aerospace, or defense environments.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and coordinating requirements and technical execution.
• Familiarity with DoD standards, qualification processes, and system verification/validation.
• Strong communication skills for customer interface and cross-functional collaboration.

• Lead technical activities across electrical, mechanical, software, test, and systems engineering disciplines.
• Translate customer requirements into engineering plans and system-level approaches.
• Oversee system architecture development and subsystem integration.
• Ensure rugged military-grade electronics meet environmental and performance requirements.
• Coordinate reverse engineering, sustainment, and modernization of legacy systems.
• Serve as primary technical interface with customers and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead engineering reviews, documentation, and configuration management.
