Qualifications

• 5–10 years’ experience on public works projects with both field and office responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to listen, engage and influence.
• Proficiency with Excel for tracking and reporting.
• Driver's license in good standing.
• Experience in the LA region is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Experience with managing costs; including tracking quantities for production operations and materials.
• Experience with managing and tracking subcontractor work including progress and preparation of subcontractor progress estimates.
• Experience with writing and managing RFIs and Submittals.
• Coordinate project sub-contractors for timely completion and quality.
• Support and maintain as-built drawings and documentation.
• Communicate with project management and field personnel on schedules and scope changes.
