Job description

Monitoring of the project financial performance, both revenue and costs, against the project's budget and/or forecast to support the achievement of the project's financial objectives. Prepare periodic project reports and financial statements. Identify and analyze revenue drivers and cost drivers to determine their impact on project revenue and costs.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Identify and analyze anomalies, variances, or non-compliances in actual operating costs (materials, plant, labor, sub-contractors, etc.) and take corrective actions or inform management of proposed actions to ensure compliance.
  2. Provide recommendations on operating cost reports based on comparative analysis of budget/forecast versus actuals (unit costs, capital costs, overheads) to ensure project objectives are achieved.
  3. Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast to support operational objectives within the allocated budget.
  4. Implement and maintain budgeting and costing processes to achieve departmental objectives and targets.
  5. Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibilities including SHE Management System to ensure effectiveness, compliance with standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3, SMKP), and achievement of SHE targets such as Target Zero LTI and risk mitigation.
Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

  • Willingness to be placed at project site.
  • Good communication and influencing skills.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is an advantage.
