Element Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer III to support the College Project Leadership Team on complex commercial and educational facility projects in California. This role involves coordinating with design teams, preparing written materials, and helping manage meetings and submittals.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in project/construction management, a BS/BA, and demonstration of maintaining project files, RFIs, and documentation throughout the District process.
The Project Engineer III’s primary responsibility is to provide support and assistance to the College Project Leadership Team (CPLT) members in the performance of their respective responsibilities. The Project Engineer II is expected at times to step into the roles of more senior members of the CPLT, including, without limitation, running design or construction meeting, conducting field checks, preparing written and photographic materials including correspondence, reports, procedures, guidelines, meeting minutes, and proposed board action requests to the District. The Project Engineer III coordinates with the Design Team for conformance review and timely and accurate responses to requests for information, submittals, construction change documents, etc. The Project Engineer III is the person primarily responsible to maintain project files in both electronic and paper format.
Salary dependent on education and experience. Salary range: $105K-$125K
