Job summary

Mars is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead the development and execution of packaging and processing solutions that support Innovation and Supply Chain initiatives. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and the ability to deliver cost-effective, high-quality project scope definitions and equipment specifications.

Roles are based out of Jackson, TN or other Mars locations in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of work experience in a comparable technical position - food, beverage, pharmaceutical or related industry or 15 years of relevant technical experience.
• Working knowledge of engineering principles from the following disciplines: Process, Packaging, Electrical, Construction and Project Management.
• Experience leading and managing projects and project teams.
