Qualifications

• 6 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 5 years or a PhD with 4 years.
• Demonstrated capacity to prepare high-quality deliverables on time and within budget.
• Understanding of impacts of decisions on technical design and work planning.

Responsibilities

• Plan and distribute discipline-specific work adhering to schedules and budgets.
• Assist with marketing responsibilities including proposal generation.
• Mentor and guide project team members.
