Qualifications

Substantive technical, project management, customer liaison experience.
Experience in development and implementation of project control processes.
Facilitate objective analysis of alternatives and articulate strengths/weaknesses.
Communicate highly technical information to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Collaborates with project managers and cross-functional team to determine engineering needs.
Establishes relationships with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assists in development of project plans, budgets, and cost estimates.
Anticipates risks and defines mitigation strategies.
Analyzes materials, methods, and equipment to improve efficiency.
Defines testing, verification, and validation strategy with teams.
Coordinates with across sites for timely analysis and execution.
Resolves emergent problems with effective teamwork.
Manages third party resources for external testing.
Ensures compliance with standards and documentation.
