Qualifications
1-5 years’ experience with a hard-bid general contracting company.
A thorough understanding of construction materials, means, methods, and building systems.
Ability to utilize construction management software and tools.
Responsibilities
Supervise project start up, completion, and close-out process.
Provide project controls including costs, planning, and scheduling.
Effectively communicate and coordinate with all project team members.
Manage P&L, change orders, and performance indicators.
Maintain relationships with owners, clients, and subcontractors.
