Qualifications

• 1-5 years’ experience with a hard-bid general contracting company.
• A thorough understanding of construction materials, means, methods, and building systems.
• Ability to utilize construction management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise project start up, completion, and close-out process.
• Provide project controls including costs, planning, and scheduling.
• Effectively communicate and coordinate with all project team members.
• Manage P&L, change orders, and performance indicators.
• Maintain relationships with owners, clients, and subcontractors.
