Apex Companies, LLC is seeking an Engineer IV at our Fullerton, CA headquarters. This role requires leadership of engineering staff, client engagement, and hands-on design in civil infrastructure. 8+ years of professional experience encouraged to apply.

You will develop concepts, prepare bid packages, and deliver complete project documents while ensuring QA/QC across multiple disciplines. A sign-on bonus is offered for this position.

Qualifications

• Leads and manages engineering staff on Civil site projects.
• Develops project concepts, scopes, and budgets with clients.
• Writes and reviews proposals and scopes of work.
• Ensures quality through QA/QC and adherence to standards.

• Manage workload of engineering staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Meet with clients regarding work and team performance.
• Pursue and acquire work with clients.
• Prepare PS&A bid packages and design documents.
• Coordinate with multi-discipline teams and offices.
