Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is partnering with a well‑established company in Wisconsin to hire a Senior Project Engineer – Plastic Injection Molding on a hybrid, direct hire basis. The role focuses on leading new projects, tooling, and continuous improvements while coordinating with manufacturing, QA, and purchasing teams.

The position offers a strong compensation plan up to $142,600 base salary, full benefits, and relocation assistance. Travel to customer and vendor sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in engineering projects.
• Experience with injection molding processes and GD&T.
• Experience with CAD/CAM tools such as Creo/SolidWorks.
• Strong teamwork and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the introduction of new projects through stages and manage engineering changes.
• Resolve manufacturing issues related to tools and processes.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement activities.
• Provide cost estimates during development using APQP procedures.
• Update routings, BOMs, and engineering print revisions for accuracy.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, QA, and purchasing to meet customer expectations.
• Travel to customer/vendor locations as needed.
