Job summary

Lumicity in the Greater Minneapolis Area is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead industrial process and treatment projects, coordinate with engineering, operations, product development, and commercial teams, and deliver technical documentation. You will troubleshoot system challenges, drive continuous improvement, and support equipment selection and integration on onsite projects in the Upper Midwest.

A bachelor's in engineering and 5+ years of relevant experience are required, with bonus

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in engineering field (Chemical/Mechanical/Environmental/Biological) or related.
5+ years of engineering experience in industrial water, environmental, process, or related industries.
Experience with process engineering, equipment integration, and project execution.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering projects involving industrial process and treatment systems.
Coordinate with engineering, operations, product development, and commercial teams.
Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and deliverables.
Troubleshoot system challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Support equipment selection, integration, and project execution.
