In the role of Senior Project Engineer, you'll be a key member of our Engineering team.

This position supports our vision by providing engineering leadership across multiple skill areas, managing resources and ensuring the Engineering package meets customer and company standards.

Essential Duties include:

• Leading the content, schedule, and budget of engineering projects.
• Communicating with airline customers and suppliers, leading technical discussions.
• Creating, reviewing, and approving drawings, orders, and manuals.
• Assigning and monitoring engineering work packages.
• Resolving technical issues.
• Managing projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.
• Contributing to proposals including scope, estimates, and parts lists.
• Mentoring junior engineers.
• Performing other duties as needed.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Knowledge of aircraft structural, interior, mechanical, and electrical engineering.
• Experience with structural substantiation and certification.

• Coaching, training, and delegation abilities.
• Effective collaboration with departments and vendors.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with CAD, spreadsheets, and project management software.

Summary of Education, Experience & Certification:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent, with at least 10 years of industry experience or equivalent.
