This person ensures designs meet required standards and codes, validates field work, and creates as built drawings. The role includes reviewing engineering submissions for accuracy and compliance, coordinating project activities with vendors, contractors, and plant teams to stay on schedule, and collaborating with management and engineering teams to implement plans. This person directs vendors and contractors on layout planning and utility requirements, reviews consultant work and suggests changes as needed, and maintains documentation including manuals, drawings, specifications, and vendor contacts. The role involves conducting planning and operational reviews during pre-project phases, defining project scope, preparing proposals, and evaluating bids. This person submits regular status reports to management, assists with contract administration, prepares project documents, monitors installations to ensure they meet specifications, budgets, and timelines, and manages project budgets to meet financial targets.
