• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology (ABET-accredited).
• 7-9 years of experience in electric utility engineering or operations.
• 1-3 years of experience leading teams, contractors, or projects.
• Strong knowledge of utility infrastructure, engineering design, and construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle, including conceptual design, engineering planning, detailed design, and construction handoff.
• Manage external engineering firms to ensure alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Drive the development and review of engineering deliverables, including drawings, specifications, and design packages.
• Conduct constructability reviews and support smooth transition to construction teams.
• Partner with Project Managers to manage schedules and budgets.
• Develop and support capital engineering execution plans aligned to financial targets.
