Job summary

Balfour Beatty US in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to oversee project scheduling, submittal approvals, and material deliveries while maintaining budgets and quality in alignment with our Zero Harm safety culture.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Construction Science or a related engineering field and at least 2 years of commercial construction experience. Proficiency with PCs and Microsoft Office is required to support project administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Science or an Engineering related field.
• 2 years of commercial construction experience.
• Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Maintain project schedule aspects as assigned by the Project Manager.
• Coordinate submittal approvals and timely material deliveries.
• Maintain schedules and budgets to ensure quality and profitability.
• Uphold our Safety/Zero Harm culture on site.
