Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of engineering experience supporting manufacturing operations, capital projects, or equipment design.
• Experience leading capital projects from concept through commissioning.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment installation, startup, and process optimization.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term manufacturing technology roadmaps to improve capacity, reliability, automation, quality, and competitiveness.
• Lead operational readiness planning for new equipment, processes, and maintenance systems.
• Ensure maintainability and spare parts strategy are incorporated into equipment designs and projects.
• Lead FAT/SAT, equipment startup, and production handoff.
• Collaborate with Operations to optimize throughput and OEE.
• Develop equipment specifications and support procurement activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve automation and digital technologies.
