Role Description

The Senior Project Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Warminster, PA, responsible for leading and executing engineering projects from concept through completion. This role oversees project planning, design, and implementation, ensuring technical accuracy, safety, and compliance with industry standards. Day-to-day tasks include developing project scopes and schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams, preparing technical documentation, and managing budgets and timelines. The Senior Project Engineer will provide guidance to junior engineers, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and support continuous improvement initiatives in plant operations. The role also involves resolving technical issues, supporting commissioning and troubleshooting, and maintaining clear communication with leadership on project status and risks.
