Job Description

PCI is seeking a SeniorProject Engineer for its PCI Denver 583 operations based in Aurora, CO. This individual will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Perform labor control on assigned projects, including setup and maintenance
  • Prepare RFI’s and submittals
  • Quantitative takeoffs to verify estimates, order materials, and price change orders
  • Create and implement job schedules and coordinate with field supervisors and foremen
  • Create and manage punch lists and job closeout documentation
  • Support the Quality Control measures outlined in the QA/QC program
  • Assist in other duties as assigned

Salary Range: $84,900-$114,000annual salary plus non-guaranteed annualized bonus program.

Basic Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in construction management is required.
  • Experience managing drywall, metal stud framing, and ACT scopes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (e.g., Excel, Word, etc.)
  • A clear understanding of how to read and understand specifications and drawings.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to learn new job skills by engaging in the technical aspects of the job and applying new skills as they are taught.
  • Customer service skills, such as able to work with customers and build strong relationships.
  • Possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Motivated self-starter with strong work ethic and a willingness to take initiative.
  • Works well under pressure and deadline.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or related discipline.
  • OSHA certification.
  • Local to Denver metro area preferred
