Job summary

Aquatech International LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a full-time Project Director to lead strategic, technical, operational, financial, and managerial aspects of large water and process projects.

You will drive project control, budgeting, scheduling, change management, risk registers, and stakeholder communications, with extensive travel and a focus on delivering high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Project management certification preferred.
• Ten (10) or more years of experience in a leadership position managing more than one project.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, technical, operational, financial, and managerial leadership for successful project implementations.
• Implement proper project control to monitor performance.
• Create and maintain a project budget ensuring execution within budget.
• Develop and maintain project schedules for on-time delivery.
• Manage change with clients and vendors/sub-contractors to mitigate risks.
• Review contracts and list flow-down terms for sub-contracts.
• Develop and maintain a project risk register.
• Mitigate risks to avoid delays and cost overruns.
• Provide regular performance reporting to customers and management.
• Ensure compliance with EHS regulations at project sites.
• Attend customer meetings as required and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Travel internationally and domestically as needed.
