Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in construction-related field; substitution allowed with equivalent experience.
• Eight years of construction management experience.
• Twelve years of industry experience overall.
• Experience on projects valued at $100M or more.
• Experience implementing large/complex safety plans.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Primavera, Excel, Word, MS Project, and Project Sight.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specs, blueprints, and drawings.
• Proven negotiation and contract management skills with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management for large projects and lead the project team.
• Interact with staff at all levels, maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Lead and monitor compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Develop and administer the project safety program and drive improvements.
• Oversee budget, costs, and schedule; manage performance against the plan.
• Coordinate QA/QC to meet project specifications and Yates quality standards.
• Lead preconstruction meetings with subcontractors and manage procurement.
• Develop and maintain the CPM schedule; communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly owner project status reports and validate financials.
• Lead change management processes and ensure contract document accuracy.
