Job summary

BGE, Inc is seeking a Seller/Doer or Manager of Projects in Sarasota to lead land/site development efforts and manage client relationships. The role emphasizes delivering plans for residential and commercial development with a strong technical bench for CAD/engineering support.

The candidate should be a Florida-registered P.E. with 8+ years of civil engineering experience in site development, and 2–3+ years of project management leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Registered P.E. in Florida.
• 8+ years of civil engineering experience in land development and subdivisions.
• 2–3+ years as a Project Manager with leadership responsibilities.
• Solid knowledge of Civil 3D, AutoCAD and modeling software.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects for single-family, subdivision, multifamily, commercial and industrial development.
• Develop plans and specifications including paving, grading, drainage, water and sewer.
• Interface with clients to ensure satisfaction with the work product.
• Lead Engineers and CAD Designers to assure accuracy and quality.
• Provide project management reporting and status updates.
