Job summary

Jobot seeks a Project Development Manager for the St. Louis area to lead development processes and drive continuous improvement across our Industrial Business Unit.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to shape execution models and deliver Best-In-Class project development services to clients. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while coordinating with internal teams and external engineers, vendors, and clients to keep projects on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in mechanical, process, chemical, civil/structural, or electrical engineering (MBA preferred).
• 15+ years' experience in challenging roles, preferably in engineering or construction.
• 7+ years’ experience leading an engineering/design team of 20+ members.
• 5+ years’ experience in engineering-related design or management in industrial markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of processes, procedures and tools for Project Development operations.
• Collaborate with VP – Project Development, Project Executives and Business Unit Leaders on strategy and organization.
• Consolidate and communicate best practices and lessons learned from execution.
• Guide the project team on maintaining efficient processes in dynamic environments.
• Coordinate with Industrial team, third-party engineers, vendors, and clients to align execution strategy.
