Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (ABET-accredited) required.
• 1–3 years professional engineering experience for Engineer 2.
• 5+ years for Senior Engineer; PE license preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge, judgment, and problem solving.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering services for planning, evaluation, budgeting, procurement, design and construction of project developments and maintenance to large-scale assets (40%).
• Provide technical project management across all phases: scheduling, design, estimating, budgeting, contracts, and cost tracking (30%).
• Conduct studies and prepare oral and written reports with findings and recommendations (15%).
• Support other departments with technical input and guidance (5%).
• Handle additional responsibilities as required (10%).
