Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture (or related field).
• 10+ years of architectural design experience.
• Strong visual/graphic communication chops.
• Solid grasp of building codes and zoning.

Responsibilities

• Own the design process on your projects, start to finish.
• Team up with Directors and Project Managers to keep things on time, on budget, and code-compliant.
• Mentor studio members and help them level up.
• Lead client meetings and design reviews with confidence (and good energy).
• Guide renderings, models, and presentations that make ideas click.
• Jump into proposals and pitches when a great new project comes knocking.
