Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager to lead data center project delivery from conception through production. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage customer relationships, and ensure successful deployment of large-scale infrastructure projects.

You will work with global clients, apply your deep knowledge of data center environments, servers, and networking, and drive compelling technical solutions while aligning with business goals.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in project delivery management.
• Minimum five years of field services and/or customer support for hardware & software.
• In-depth knowledge of data center environments, servers, and network equipment.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work directly with customers.
• Supreme leadership skills across broad and diverse functional teams.
• Superb communication and presentation/oral skills.
• Strong social skills and ability to prioritize/multi-task with limited supervision.
• Experience leading global projects.

We are looking for a key NVIDIA Infrastructure Specialists team member who will serve as a Senior Service Delivery Manager and have a background in project delivery in data center environments. In this role, you will handle the project through the project lifecycle from aspiration to production!

What You Will Be Doing

What We Need To See

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD for Level 4, and 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD for Level 5.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
